Glassfibre Reinforced Concrete (GRC) is a cement tailored to meet the aesthetic, structural and environmental needs of a project. Cost efficient, durable and easy to use, GRC ensures a finer quality of life for any architectural feature.
GRC is a blend of water-based concrete and alkali-resistant glass fibres made from reclaimed glass alongside other naturally occurring and locally sourced raw materials.
To produce GRC, glass fibres are encased in a matrix of concrete which creates elasticity and allows for greater flexibility in design as it can be moulded to produce any shape or detail. The absence of steel reinforcement results in the concrete becoming much more resistant to shock and impact, and adaptive to weather or external conditions.
Our GRC units are manufactured here in Aotearoa. All raw materials and aggregates are sourced locally which is how we can ensure a premium quality of product with no poor construction at any stage of its development.
GRC is an environmentally friendly method that minimises impact from its early development to its use and re-use.
The materials used to produce GRC result in a product that is lightweight and recyclable, ensuring less of a footprint from production, transport, installation, use and future-use.
Design versatility extends to the visual qualities of any feature, as GRC can be pigment coloured, maximising customisation options for cohesive implementation of assets. The preferred method is to colour integrally with oxide, which is the most robust technique This overall integrity, sustainability and versatility of GRC is what leads people to use it time and time again.

We design and produce prefabricated skatepark furniture constructed with GRC Concrete and HDG Steel/Corten Steel elements. FLOW Skatepark Furniture is made to enhance user experience as well as being easy to install, store and relocate, allowing limitless possibilities for implementation.
FLOW Resurfacing is a cement-based coating designed to be applied to skatepark and playground surfaces. Custom colours can be incorporated to compliment new or existing spaces, ensuring a smooth and sustainable finish that enhances the quality and length of life with wheeled-play use.
